Sports are rigged. This is known by anyone with 2 braincells to rub together. It's usually small advantages and slight calls shifting games one way or another. The entire 'come on refs, thats a penalty!' mentality everyone has watching games of any sport is reality - they are sports entertainment. Not sports. They cant call penalties nonstop or star players off in the box all game long. So they let penalties go on every play. Diving comes from no calls and not penalizing diving. The refs actively ignore penalties every shift/play. Then, when they DO call a penalty, it can be a real penalty or barely touch them/non-call, but its power and effect on the game is massive. Every call is magnified hundredfold when they can pick and choose the penalty they call.

However, this is usually small influences. Star players get benefit of the doubt on flops or dives or hard plays. What happened last night with the NBA game is insane level of rigging. The lakers were literally given a game in the most rigged game ever. One Laker player had more free throw attempts than the entire Raptor team. The Lakers won 132-131 with the biggest penalty disparity in history. The Lakers had 23 free throw attempts in the fourth quarter alone. Raptors had 2. Blatant dives and flops by the Lakers. This isnt a hate on them or lebron or anyone. This is just highlighting hte conspiracy everyone knows is true - ALL pro sports are rigged. But nothing has been as blatant as this one game was in my entire life watching or following sports. Betting legalized in all sports is likely the reason for this overt reffing influence. They were probably going to lose millions or some nonsense on betting lines and had to step in. The Raptor coach went off on the league and refs and will likely face one of the largest fines in history for speaking out or critcizing the conspiracy and saying what everyone knows - its rigged.
