Ok, hear me out, and I'm sure this has been brought up before. But what if hip hop rappers since the 1980s have been paid by the government, the man, the new world order, whatever you want to call it, to entice violence and promote drug use amongst black people? Most popular rappers boast about guns, murder, drugs, rape.. obviously they don't do these things, because... Well they'd all be locked up.
The reasoning? To keep the black community in shambles. Have them locked up, feeding money into the prison system. Yadda yadda just a random thought I had today.
