I'm really just a passive conspiracy theorist. I don't dig deep into things. But every time I scratch the surface I keep hitting a vein about the CIA.
Our government created a branch and funded it, and that branch was responsible for intelligence. But because of what that particular branch was purposed for, it grew to become its own thing. Perhaps gathering intelligence turned out to be the most powerful attribute. And then a branch of the government actually ended up controlling the entire thing. The tail wagged the dog.
Perhaps there are layers of government. The top layer is the one we see on TV. And I'm not saying that the president answers to shadow people. I'm saying that the president is unaware of who is really in control. A government agency gone rogue. With the privilege of using tax dollars.
