Does anybody have this frequently? The only thing I've found to combat it is starving myself, drinking water exclusively, and exercising daily. The attention span thing I know is a symptom of the phones, and modern social interactions. Even if haven't destroyed your patience threshold and attention span from scrolling on your phone, society is forcing this behavior on you. That is to say: other people have destroyed their own attention spans from phones, and their behavior (impatience, impersonal) rubs off on you.
The food I know is poison. What the fuck can you eat anymore? I can't even sit though a two hour movie of play a calm story driven video games without losing focus or falling asleep.
Anyone else feeling like this all the time? Or if not, have found remedies.
